Our Story
In early 2023, three registered nurses worked together on an inpatient surgical floor. Caring for post-surgical patients and ensuring a safe transition to home care has always been the bridge that supports healing in the comfort of their own homes.
As nurses, providing pre-discharge education and supplying patients with essential materials for home use has always been part of our care philosophy. Through collaboration during lunch breaks, dedicated research, and the courage to bring a shared vision to life, Three Nurses Home Health was born in the spring of 2025.
